VIJAYASREE was a wonderful actress. Agile, energetic and quite superb in looks, and features. However, she did not live long. She committed suicide. It is alleged that she was compelled to do so, due the existence of a film bit of her bathing in a river. It is possible that she was misguided and fooled by some persons. This song is from Kadu. I remember the film as being quite insipid. However the songs were of fabulous quality. Sreekumaran Thampi is the author:
